The Museu de les Ciències is a building like no other in the world, both because of the geometry of its architecture and because of the grandiose proportions of its interior spaces.
The Hemisfèric is a spectacular building that reminds one of a giant human eye. It is surrounded by pools of water that help to create a special ambiance for your event.
The Umbracle is an outdoor vantage point from which the entire Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències complex can be seen.
Located on the eastern side of the Museu de les Ciències, this area measures more than 12,000 m2 and is a large, open space where any event can be held.
Like the rest of the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències buildings, the Palau de les Arts is surrounded by pools of water that reflect the structure’s grandeur.

The Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències is much more than a symbol of the city of Valencia: it’s also a symbol of the future and of cutting-edge architecture.
A great number of well-known companies have identified their products with our image for company presentations, photo shoots, film shoots, adverts, etc. – both on the national and international levels.
Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias S. A. owns the industrial property rights on the image and design of its buildings; therefore, if said images are used for advertising or commercial purposes, current licensing rates apply.
Requests to use building images must be made in writing to the following email address: actosyeventos@cac.es.
CONTRACT YOUR EVENT
1. Request. Get in touch with the Events Department by sending an email to actosyeventos@cac.es or via phone at 0034 96 197 44 36.
2. Response. We will answer your request with information on availability for your dates, and we’ll send you the applicable information for your event: price estimate, technical information on the space, etc.
3. Pre-reservation. Once you have had a chance to consider the information received, you can ask to pre-reserve the space that you are interested in by sending an email to actosyeventos@cac.es.
4. Confirmation and reservation. When we receive your reservation request, a client registration form will be sent and you will be assigned a technician who will personally take care of you along every step of the way so that your event can get underway.

The Events Department at the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències, in addition to handling how spaces are rented, makes several other services available to help round off your event.

Therefore, the installations at the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències, with their extensive spaces, provide you with the opportunity to undertake effective product sampling activities.

The Hemisfèric, the Museu de les Ciències, the Umbracle, and the outdoor areas around the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències have spaces where you can hold conferences and conventions, company meetings, awards ceremonies, product debuts, elegant parties, dinners, cocktail parties and receptions, press conferences, exclusive company sessions, etc.
In the City of Arts and Sciences we do not have exclusivity, however it is necessary to contact the Acts and Events Area to provide them with the rules for the provision of services.
You can reserve any of our spaces by emailing actosyeventos@cac.es.
Reservations will be made considering the availability of the different spaces.
For organizational purposes, we feel it is a good idea to make a visit to see the spaces before confirming any event. Doing so will allow you to get to know the facilities beforehand and determine the best space and equipment for each event.
Audiovisual equipment is included in the Santiago Grisolía Auditorium and in the multi-purpose room at the Museu de les Ciències, as well as in the cinema room at the Hemisfèric.
Once the event is confirmed, to make the effective reservation of the venue, the Client must sign the corresponding budget together with the reservation document and make the payment of 50% of the budgeted amount. The remaining 50% will be made by the Client fifteen days before the start date of the event.
Stands can be set up at the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències facilities in areas set aside for said purposes, always taking into account the space conditions and event requirements.
PROVIDER / SUBCONTRACTOR PARKING FEES: Minimum fee = € 2.30 / day.
PARKING FEE FOR CARS AND BUSSES: All relative information can be found on the general parking fees page of our website, www.cac.es.
Maximum of 15 minutes.
It is required to pay the maximum daily fee for providers and subcontractors in order to spend the night in the parking area.
PARKING AREA CAPACITY: 20 buses – 367 cars on the upper floor and 323 on the lower floor.
