If you have the Ciutat Friends or Science Friends pass we remand you that the Hemisfèric ticket offices have been move to the “Museu de les Ciències”, so to obtain your Hemisfèric tickets you must go through to the Museum first.
We provide you Museum’s opening hours, the box office always closes an hour before the building closes.

This is a club that allows you to visit the Museu de les Ciències and the Hemisfèric as many times as you’d like for 365 days from the date of purchase.

CHANGE YOUR TICKET FOR A CLUB PASS
If you have purchased your ticket from the Museu de les Ciències, Oceanogràfic and / or Hemisfèric, do not throw it away! You can exchange it for a Club pass*, discounting the amount you have already paid.
* Possibility of making the change at the Museum Club ticket office or at the Oceanogràfic Club ticket office, the same day of the visit to the last venue. To change for a Club pass that includes at least one of the venues visited.
During the 50% promotion, you cannot change the ticket for Club Ciutat pass or Club Oceanogràfic pass.

Once this gift pass has been received, you must come to the ticket office of the Club of the Museu de les Ciències and exchange it during current year for a personalised pass.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For the Friends of the City and Friends of the Oceanogràfic pass, from the day of purchase until 31 December of the current year.
For the Friends of Science pass, for 365 days from the date of purchase.
City Friend: at the Club ticket office of the Museum of Sciences or at the ticket office of the Oceanografic.
Science Friend: at the Club ticket office of the Museum of Sciences.
Oceanografic Friend: at https://www.oceanografic.org/ and at the Oceanografic ticket offices.
Any pass modality is personal and non-transferable. Therefore, in case of loss or theft, you must call 96 197 46 86 (Science Friends and/or City Friends) or 960 47 06 47 (Science Friends and/or Oceanografic Friends) to block access, preventing anyone from impersonating the owner.
To obtain a duplicate in case of loss or theft, you must go to the Club ticket office of the Museum of Sciences. The cost in case of loss will be €3, and in case of theft, the duplicate will be free upon presenting the relevant report.

Once the pass is purchased, it cannot be changed to a different modality or rate. In the event that it has expired, you can renew it for another modality or rate.
You should go to the parking control center, located inside the parking lot on the ground floor, and by showing your pass, they will apply the discount.
Access to the Museum of Sciences is through the turnstiles located on the ground floor of the building, by showing the Friends card.
To access the Hemisfèric, you must first make a reservation in two ways:
At the Club ticket office of the Museum of Sciences, where we will manage your reservation when you show us your pass.
By phone at 96 197 46 86, where they will send your Hemisfèric ticket by email.
Once the reservation is made, you should go to the Hemisfèric turnstiles 15 minutes before the start of the session, with your ticket and valid club card.
Access to the Oceanografic is through an exclusive turnstile for members, located on the east side of the access square. To keep the card activated, you must register each entry and exit through your fingerprint or the chip on your card.
For being a large or single-parent family, with supporting documentation, you can enjoy an additional 15% discount. It is essential that the family unit shares the same pass modality.
The first time you access the Oceanografic, you should go to the club ticket office located on level -1 of the access building to register your fingerprint and collect your card with the activated chip.
