Parking
The interior of the Umbracle has two parking levels for cars or motorcycles, with a capacity for 661 vehicles and 25 buses. There is another parking lot at the Oceanogràfic with a capacity for 867 cars.
Accesibility
The Museum offers a wheelchair loan service for people with reduced mobility who request it from our staff.
Audio guides
At the Museum of Sciences, we provide an audio guide service for the exhibitions that can be downloaded on your mobile phone for just 1€. The audio guides are available in Spanish, Valencian, English, French, German, and Italian.
Ticket booths
The Museum has several ticket sale points for the different buildings of the City of Arts and Sciences, where you will also receive information and assistance regarding the purchase of tickets.
Cloakroom and lockers
At the Museum of Sciences, we have a free locker service on the first floor, provided that the luggage is of small dimensions. The lockers have the following measurements: 36 cm height x 40 cm width x 50 cm depth and 72 cm height x 40 cm width x 50 cm depth.
Medical service
The Museum has a medical service available to attend to visitors who require assistance continuously during opening hours.
