This summer, the City of Arts and Sciences becomes the starting point of a great expedition.
At the Oceanogràfic, young explorers will follow the tracks of penguins and seals to discover how life finds a way through the ice.
At the Science Museum and the Hemisfèric, they will become curious scientists, ready to experiment, create, and ask questions that will take them even further. In addition, the Palau de les Arts and CaixaForum will add a creative and artistic touch to this adventure.

CALENDAR
Shifts:
First shift: from 22th to 26th June. (the five days)
Second shift: 29th June to 3th July. (the five days)
Third shift: 6th to 10th July. (the five days)
Timetables:
- Monday to Thursday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
- Friday from 9.00 am to 3.00 pme
As in previous editions, we offer the possibility of leaving the children from 8.30 am in the care of our educators, at no additional cost.
Please be punctual when the children arrive and leave.

For a better adaptation of the Summer School activities, two groups will be formed: one group with children from 5 to 8 years old approx., and another group with children from 9 to 12 years old approx.
What do you need?
- Summer School T-shirt (you will be given 2 T-shirts on the first day)
- Cap (optional)
- Comfortable clothes and shoes (no flip-flops)
- Sunscreen
- Water bottle or labelled water bottle
- Toothbrush and toothpaste (optional)
PRICE
280 € per participant per shift.
The price includes:
- Activities in all areas of the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències
- 5 lunches
- 5 meals
- 4 snacks
- 2 t-shirts
- Transfer outside activity
Applicable discounts:
• 15 % discount for large family and single parent.
• 15% discount for Amigos de la Ciutat, Amigos del Oceanogràfic and Amigos de la Ciencia.
* discounts cannot be accumulated.
In the event that the Summer School cannot take place, the cancellation conditions will be completely flexible and free of charge for families.
REGISTRATION 2026 – APRIL 15
To register online, the person legally responsible for the child must be registered in the Private Area of the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències.
Once inside the private area, you will have to look for the corresponding activity in the ‘Available activities’ area and prepare the necessary documentation for registration
Before registering, prepare the necessary documentation (parent’s/legal guardian’s ID card, large/one-parent family card, etc.)

AUTHORISATIONS AND DOCUMENTS
IMPORTANT:
During the registration process at the Summer School through areaprivada.cac.es, various authorisations will be requested.
These authorisations are detailed below for your understanding.
You should read them before filling in the Summer School registration form.
CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR CHILD’S PERSONAL DATA.
This consent is expressly requested when registering online. In case of refusal, the registration cannot be processed, as it is necessary to process this data in order to carry out the activity.
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Organic Law on Data Protection in Spain and its implementing regulations, we inform you that the parties responsible for processing your data are Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias, S.A. (CAC, SA), CIF A46483095 and AVANQUA OCEANOGRÀFIC, S. L. (AVANQUA) CIF B98725252. The purpose for which we process your data is to allow and facilitate both CAC, SA and AVANQUA the management of the contracted activity, as well as the sending of satisfaction surveys on the contracted products. AUTHORISATION FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICATION
In the event that your child has a medical incident during the summer school, we inform you that we will act according to what you have answered on the child’s registration form in the section “Child’s medical details”:
If you answer NO, the parent/guardian will have to be present to administer the medication. If the child requires medication, the mother/parent/guardian will have to come to the school to administer it.
If you answer YES. You are now authorising the medical services of CACSA and AVANQUA to administer the medication. However, before any medication is administered to your child, you will be informed by telephone by the staff of the organisation so that you are informed beforehand.
If you want your child to be given a prescribed medication by the medical service or by their monitor, you must sign a document on the first day of school authorising CACSA and AVANQUA to administer the medication.
The document will ask for the following data:
