Ticket offices
The Museum has various admission ticket offices for the different buildings of the City of Arts and Sciences, where information and advice on ticket purchases can also be obtained.

The visitor receives personalized information about the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències (schedules, rates, programming, activities ...).
Audio guides
At the Museu de les Ciències we have an audio guide service to download on your mobile phone just for 1€ (Spanish, Valencian, English, French, German and Italian)
Lifts
Exclusive service for people with reduced mobility. If you wish to make use of this service, just ask our staff.
Cloakroom and luggage storage
In the Museu de les Ciències we have a free cloakroom service on the first floor as long as the luggage is small. The lockers have the following measures: 36 cm high x 40 cm wide x 50 cm deep and 72 cm high x 40 cm wide x 50 cm deep
Wheelchair loans
The Museum provides a wheelchair lending service for those individuals with restricted mobility and who request their use from our staff.
Bookings
At the Museum's Bookings counter, the visitor can directly pick up their previously booked admissions and receive all the information they require on their purchase.
Medical service
The Museum has a medical service always available for those visitors who need it during opening hours.

Museu de les Ciències restaurants
The Museum has a cafeteria with a terrace on Calle Menor that remains open until the Museum closes.
The Trattoria Restaurant-Terrace of the Museu de les Ciències specializes in Italian cuisine, with traditional Mediterranean flavors with creative touches in the presentation of its dishes. You can find it in Valencia, in the heart of the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències.
The canteen, located in the Umbracle, for school groups that bring their own food, has capacity for 68 children. This service can be reserved free of charge throughout the day for periods of 45 minutes from every hour on the dot. On weekends and holidays it is closed.
Outdoor terrace open every day from 10 am.

And you cannot leave without the memory of your visit, we have souvenirs from the Museu de les Ciencies and the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències so that you never forget your day in this very special environment.
The Museu bookstore was born as a plural space that collects more than 600 books on different themes.
You will be able to find publications for all audiences on mathematics, genetics, biology, physics, biographies of scientists from all eras, souvenir books from the city and much more.
