L’Espai dels Xiquets is an area dedicated to childre between 4 and 8 years old, in which they play and experiment on the senses, water and animals and even build an unfinished house. An experience you will love!

Areas of learning and entertainment

In the Espai dels Xiquets, there are three areas to learn and entertain:

• «The senses»: Children experiment with deforming mirrors, check how they look from different angles, guess objects through touch or play with smells.
• «The Forest»: The area where they play with water without fear of getting wet and know fish, mammals, reptiles, amphibians or birds, their diet, habitat or reproduction with real animals. They can also see their drawings come to life: they choose and color an animal, take it to the scanner and become part of «The Animated Forest» on a projection screen. In addition, they can for a moment become a baby kangaroo, a large turtle resting by a tree or a huge scorpion that even moves its claws.
• «Cooperation»: The unfinished house awaits them, a very special space because children, in a team, can build, dismantle and rebuild a house with bricks using cranes, carts and toy transport devices.
