REACCIONA! COMPETITION

The Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències and the Territorial Section of Valencia of the Royal Spanish Society of Chemistry (RSEQ-STVAL) are organizing a new edition of the Reacciona! competition!

This initiative aims to encourage students in 3rd and 4th year of Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, and vocational training cycles in Intermediate Vocational Training throughout Spain to create multimedia material, with a maximum duration of 5 minutes. The material should not only present, in a didactic, creative, and original way, some chemical process but also highlight its contribution to the well-being of society. We want to see presentations that inspire!

We seek to increase public appreciation of chemistry as a fundamental tool to meet the needs of our society. But that’s not all; we also want to ignite interest in chemistry among young people, generating enthusiasm for the creative future of this fascinating science.

Reacciona! had its genesis in 2011, on the occasion of the International Year of Chemistry, and since then, it has grown and evolved.
