Request your complimentary ticket

To request your free ticket, the first step is to sign up for the programme through the “Join” section.

Once your application has been approved, you will be able to visit the Museu de les Ciències and the Hemisfèric.

If you are part of an intermediary company enrolled in the programme, you will be able to enjoy:

- One complimentary ticket to the Museu de les Ciències, so you can experience its content and value first-hand and confidently recommend it to your clients.
- One complimentary ticket to the Hemisfèric, allowing you to explore its programme and select the best option for your audience.
- Special conditions for ticket sales.
- Up-to-date information on new exhibitions, screenings and activities through our exclusive mailing list.
- Personalised advice to tailor visits to your clients’ profile, including proposals and quotations.
- Promotional materials: high-quality images and official logos, general brochure and display materials.

Join the programme

Apply to join the programme.

Join Canaltur. Just follow these steps:

1. 1. Go to 👉 areaprivada.cac.es
  2. Click on “Register user”
  3. Fill in the required fields and, in the PROFILE section, select TRAVEL AGENT
  4. Once inside your profile, link yourself to your company by clicking on “Register under AGENCY”
  5. Search for your company by first entering the postcode and, if necessary, the company name.
  6. If your company appears in the search results, click on the “SELECT” icon. If it does not appear, you can easily register it from the yellow section at the top (“Click here”).
  7. Before linking yourself, you will need to upload a document proving your affiliation with the company (e.g. payslip header or similar proof, in PDF or JPG format).
  8. Click on “LINK ME TO THIS AGENCY” and wait for confirmation from the intermediary companies manager.

Once your application has been approved

Once your application to Canaltur has been approved, you will be able to visit the Museu de les Ciències and the Hemisfèric.

On the day of your visit, you can obtain your ticket at the Museu ticket office by presenting your ID.
