Access the benefits and conditions
To request your free ticket, the first step is to sign up for the programme through the “Join” section.
Once your application has been approved, you will be able to visit the Museu de les Ciències and the Hemisfèric.
If you are a receptionist at a tourist accommodation enrolled in the program, you can enjoy:
Two annual complimentary tickets to the Museu de les Ciències: Experience our exhibits firsthand and discover the best value to offer your guests.
Two annual complimentary tickets to the Hemisfèric: Explore our film listings and select the perfect screenings for your audience.
Special conditions on ticket sales.
Up-to-date information on new exhibitions, films, and activities through our exclusive newsletter.
Personalized advice to tailor visits to your guests’ profiles, including customized proposals and quotes.
Promotional materials: High-resolution official images and logos, general brochures, and displays.

Join the programme
Apply to join the programme
- Access 👉 areaprivada.cac.es
- Click on “Register User”.
- Complete the required information and, in the Profile section, select Accommodation.
- Once inside your profile, click on “Accommodation Registration” to link yourself to your company.
- Search for your company by entering the postal code first and, if necessary, the name:
– If it appears in the list, click “Select”.
– If the accommodation isn’t listed, you can add it in the top yellow section where it says “click here”. - Before linking yourself, you must attach a document that proves your affiliation with the company (for example, a payslip header or similar proof, in PDF or JPG format).
- Click on “Link me to this accommodation” and wait for validation by the person in charge.
On the day of your visit, you can obtain your ticket at the Museu ticket office by presenting your ID.

- Get information on ticket sales for Oceanogràfic, Museu de les Ciències, Hemisfèric and their combined tickets.
