25 Years Inspiring Scientific Curiosity
The Museu de les Ciències celebrates its 25th anniversary, a milestone dedicated to educating, inspiring, and sparking interest in science. To close this year of celebration, we present “The Future with Science”, a series of educational talks featuring three outstanding researchers who will show us how science and the future go hand in hand.

These talks will allow you to learn new ways of observing our reality, explore the impact of artificial intelligence, innovation in sports, and space exploration, and prepare for the exciting future ahead.

Speakers and Conferences:

November 3 – Silvia Leal: The AIs of the Future
International expert in future trends and artificial intelligence
Silvia Leal, advisor to the OECD and the European Commission, will discuss the evolution of artificial intelligence and quantum development in our society. With a consolidated career in digital transformation, leadership, culture, the future of work, and AI, Silvia combines curiosity, reflection, and optimism to share knowledge that impacts our daily and professional lives.

November 5 – Ricardo Valerdi: Rewriting Sports
Mathematician, science communicator, and professor at the University of Arizona
Ricardo Valerdi will show how science applies to sports and how it can help us understand the challenges of today’s society. His approach combines a passion for soccer with scientific rigor, demonstrating that science can be accessible and fun for everyone.

November 6 – Ana Díaz: Astronauts of the Future
Aerospace engineer and NASA researcher
Ana Díaz will bring us closer to the challenges of space exploration and the development of space suits for future missions to Mars. From safety to the psychological well-being of astronauts, her talk shows how curiosity and technological innovation allow us to push the boundaries of knowledge and the universe.

These conferences are a unique opportunity to discover how science shapes our future and how it can be integrated into daily life. You will explore the connection between sports, technology, space exploration, and science, learning from international experts who combine research, innovation, and science communication. They are ideal for children, young people, and adults who want to engage with knowledge in a fun and stimulating way.

📍 Free entry until full capacity is reached. Access through the west entrance on Calle Menor of the Museu (next to the Hemisfèric).

The activity will be recorded and streamed live, and may be broadcast through the audiovisual channels of the City of Arts and Sciences and on YouTube.
